Biography

Diana M. Hernandez is a litigation associate at Moss Legal Group. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin with honors. She later attended Texas Tech University School of Law where she obtained her Doctor Jurisprudence cum laude.

While attending Texas Tech School of Law, Diana served as an Article’s Editor for Texas Tech Law Review. In addition to serving as the Magister for Phi Delta Phi’s Legal Honor Society’s Earl Warren Inn, she was also an active member of Texas Tech's Hispanic Law Student Association, where she served as the Fundraising Chair.

In addition to receiving multiple awards for her academic achievement in Property Law, Business Entities, and Commercial Law, she also participated in the school's clinical programs as a qualified student representative for the Texas Tech Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she represented clients in tax controversy disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

She is a member of the El Paso Bar Association, El Paso Young Lawyer’s Association, and El Paso Women’s Bar Association.
