Mr. Mitch Moss was recently sworn in as President of the El Paso Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Mitch’s term as President of the El Paso Chapter commences on January 1, 2021. ABOTA is comprised of plaintiff and defense attorneys who have received a high level of recognition for their ability as trial lawyers.
The national ABOTA association was founded in 1958 and its invitation-only membership includes experienced trial lawyers and judges. “ABOTA and its members are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.” The mission of ABOTA is “to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy to the end that individual litigants may receive more effective representation and the general public be benefited by more efficient administration of justice consistent with time-tested and traditional principles of litigation.”
